Setting Fitness Goals at Home
After dancing professionally with American Ballet Theatre, I transitioned into fitness and personal training, holding certifications in NASM CPT, AFAA Group Fitness Instructing, TRX Training, and NASM CES. As the Associate Director of Dance at Walnut Hill School for the Arts. I have been able to utilize my dance and fitness training to help train better and stronger dancers through balancing the body and focusing on injury prevention. My skills have reached beyond the dance studio and into the surrounding community by offering group fitness classes and personal training that focus on total body strength conditioning, HIIT methods, and cardiovascular fitness.
Fitness is the fountain of youth! Incorporating physical activity into your daily life is the best gift you can give yourself! Mind, body and spirit come together in perfect unity when you take care of your physical self!
I take your fitness aspirations seriously. I understand the time constraints of a busy life and will work hard to help you to reach your personal goals.
