A Tabata formatted class combining body strength and cardio exercises. This HIIT class consists of 6-8 sets of fast-paced exercises that are performed with 20-30 seconds of work interspersed with a brief rest of 10 seconds. Strength Training is all body weight; no equipment necessary
Using free weights, this class is designed for both muscular endurance and strength training. Using four exercises per muscle group, this class focuses on super setting, therefore making time for more exercises and increasing your aerobic capacity. This is a total body resistance training class.
